The space
This was my first listing, listed in 2018. It's been refurbished a couple of times since as it's proved so popular!
Located in a historic building that was owned by the Manchester Brewery Company for 100 years, now comprises of modern stylish apartments (some in the cellar that stored all of the beer!)
Ideally situated, just a short walk to everything below:

* The Apollo - one of Manchester's very best music venues!

* Manchester Aquatic Centre - purpose-built swimming pool, gym and health suite for Manchester's Commonwealth Games

* Great transport links. There's a bus stop directly across the road from the building. A bus from there takes you away from the Centre and leads you towards 'the busiest bus route in Europe', Oxford Rd
