I'm proud to offer a beautiful light spacious guest room overlooking leafy Hullard Park. On the top floor of my large Victorian house in Old Trafford, the private room has been stylishly designed with special touches for guests’ comfort and convenience. You'll find a large comfortable bed with crisp cotton sheets, en-suite bathroom with shower, your own kitchenette, a large desk, plenty of space for your things, three windows in the tree canopies and a window seat with lush views of the park.

The room is set up for two, but has been designed to be easily adapted on request to sleep 4, with the desk removed and a thick comfy floor mattress added in its place. For a night or two this is a comfortable arrangement.
Guest access
Guests have full privacy and you have the top floor to yourself.
Please note the loft is on the second floor, so you will need to be ok with taking steps up there.
